Apprenticeships are a great way to recruit & train your staff!

Choosing to partner with Kendal College will allow you to invest in your staff through quality training.

Our delivery models combine on-the-job training with classroom learning, which develops employees knowledge, skills and behaviours. Your staff could be brand new to your business or existing staff members who would benefit.

We provide training at a range of levels, from a basic level 2 qualification through to a higher apprenticeship at level 5. With our depth of knowledge of the apprenticeship requirements, we focus on skills building, problem-solving and ensuring all apprenticeship candidates are contributing to the improvement of your business.
