Graduates

Make your mark with a local company and add valuable experience to your CV with a 10 week project. You will be paid a wage at a local company and will have the opportunity to work on a project that may even lead on to permanent employment.
We can help with advice and guidance and free training that you might need and we will support you throughout your
10-week placement.

Employers

We will give you a £2,000 grant that can be used towards employment costs. You can upskill existing employees who are underemployed, take on a specialist graduate to do a project such as developing a web site, a marketing or research project.

You will need to employ the graduate for 10 weeks on a full-time basis, or 20 weeks on a part-time basis and they must complete a project in that time.
