HNC / HND Music

This exciting course has a practical focus, and is taught by lecturers with significant performance and production experience, and a passion for developing the skills and careers of emerging musicians and producers. You will have access to high quality performance, recording, and rehearsal facilities throughout the week (including evenings and weekends), and will benefit from the very close links the College has with many of the region’s leading festivals and events.

This course is specifically designed to prepare students with the knowledge, skills and experience they need to begin a career in the music and sound industry, or alternatively to progress on to the final year of a relevant degree course.

Study Options

The HNC (Level 4) can be completed in one year or part-time over two years and the full HND (Level 5) over two years or part-time over three years. More information is available in the course links below or here for the Full-Time courses and here for the Part-Time courses.
