Terms and Conditions
TweetIn the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If we do so then you may either accept the changed arrangements, or make alternative arrangements with us, or receive a full refund of any monies paid.
If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of the event, you will be charged the full fee for the event. If you cancel a booking between 24 hours and 72 hours before the event, you will be charged 50% of the fee for the event. Some events may require a non-refundable deposit.
Religious and other dietary requirements should be stated at the time of booking and immediately upon arrival at the College to a member of the service team.
All booking requirements including guest numbers, audio visual equipment and refreshment times must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event to ensure that all of your needs are met. A Booking Agreement confirming requirements and acceptance of College terms and conditions must be signed by an authorised person.
On the day of your event you will be nominated a College contact and any changes to your schedule must be confirmed with this person to ensure the smooth running of your function.

*Minimum booking fee £200 applies to Conference Room 1, 2 and the Conference Suite. Please note, rooms are allocated according to party size. Breakfast Meeting arrival 7.00am departure 9.00am
Half Day arrival from 8.30am departure by 12noon or 1.00pm if luncheon has been included.
Full Day arrival from 8.30am departure 5.15pm. When your booking includes dinner, we ask that you respect the fact that this is a learning experience for catering students who will need to leave the College in order to access public transport home. Dinner bookings therefore only extend to 9.00pm unless otherwise agreed. Other times by special arrangement.
For those guests wishing to provide their own wines and Champagnes or sparkling wines, a corkage charge of £6 for still wines and £10 for sparkling wines and Champagnes will be applied.
Audio Visual - The College conference facilities include as part of the package all audio visual equipment and includes unlimited use of flipchart material, data projectors and sound systems. For highly technical presentations, delegate organisers may wish to consider hiring one of the College’s technical staff at the rate of £20 per hour. When using Powerpoint we recommend only using the upper part of the Powerpoint frame for text, ensuring everyone is able to view the screen(s). This point is particularly relevant when large theatre style layout is used, as screen visibility may become restricted.
Furniture - Furnishings must not be moved by conference delegates. Please contact the College Estates team to move tables and chairs etc. Any damage done by delegates will be charged for.
