Our stunning facilities include six conference and seminar rooms, equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment.

The Café
This can be booked at certain times of the year for private dinners, prize-giving or trade shows or as a pre-drinks reception room prior to your event. The Café is located on the third floor of the new reception block and has panoramic views of Kendal Castle from the balcony. It can also be used as part of your event. The Café can seat up to 200 guests for prize-giving and 180 guests for a formal seated dinner or it can be used for fork/canapé receptions for up to 300 guests.
The Demonstration Kitchen and Private Dining Room
This can be booked for 50 guests theatre style and can be used for live demonstrations and Chef’s Theatres. Alternatively guests can dine and have one of the College chefs cooking during the meal experience; this facility is available for up to 30 diners.
The Restaurant
The award-winning Restaurant at Kendal College seats 54 guests for luncheon or dinner. The food served ranges from gastro pub style food through to individually cooked à la carte dishes. The Restaurant can also be used for up to 80 guests for a canapé reception or finger buffet.
