The teaching staff are highly-qualified with extensive industrial experience. The team includes former primary and secondary school teachers, midwives, a health visitor, social worker and nursery manager. Our achievement rates are consistently higher than the national average and high numbers of our students progress to universities. Many of our students have started at Level 2 and have continued right up to degree level at Kendal College.

* Denotes a YPLA funded course and is free to 16-18 year olds. Over 19s may qualify for free tuition when in receipt of JSA or ESA benefits (excludes part time art, design & media, Indian head, Swedish massage and spa treatment courses).
** You will not have to pay tuition fees if this is your first full level 2 programme (5 A*-C GCSE or equivalent) .
*** You will not have to pay any tuition fees if this is your first full level 3 programme (2 A levels) and are aged 19-25 or if over 25 and do not already have a full Level 2 qualification.
**** You will not have to pay any tuition fees if you do not already have a full Level 2 qualification or above and are intending to progress to a full Level 2 qualification.
*Reg fee refers to any registration, examination, assessment or any other fee related to awarding body.
This fee must be paid at the time of enrolment.
