The Café provides students and visitors with vending services, including bean to cup coffee machines and snacks.

The college restaurant provides lunchtime and evening dining experiences throughout the year, with seasonal menus and fine dining experiences.
The College aims to develop your understanding of healthy eating with its delicious and healthy menus.

Some of the food available includes:

  • Slow roast Cumbrian pork belly stuff served with apple sauce
  • Smoked haddock with soft poached egg, spinach and cheese sauce
  • Lamb Korma with Indian naan bread
  • Hog Roast with stuffing and apple sauce
  • Halloumi and roast meditterannean vegetable

The Cafe also has a full salad bar, and menu of sandwiches and other light bites if you are in a hurry.

All pastries and breads are made fresh each day in our pastry kitchen. All fish is sustainable, with our seasonal produce being locally sourced where possible. We have a variety of vegetarian, gluten free and we are more than happy to cater for other specific dietary requirements

Food in the Restaurant and Café is all cooked by hospitality and catering students. Where possible all of the ingredients are sourced locally, including organic produce and milk sourced from Sizergh Barn. Our cookery demonstration room also doubles as an additional restaurant, allowing food to be prepared in front of restaurant guests.
