Multiply
Does the thought of needing to do maths at work or at home make you anxious?
Multiply is a new programme offering free and easy-to-access courses and initiatives to help you improve your numeracy skills. Take your next step today and find courses and support to help.
- Multiply offers easy access to free numeracy courses and initiatives that can help you brush up your maths skills and help you become more confident with numbers whether you need help managing your bills or budgeting or want to improve your potential at work.
- Multiply is available if you’re aged 19+, live in Cumbria and do not already have a GCSE at grade C/4 (or equivalent) in maths.
- Multiply will offer easy access to free numeracy courses and initiatives where you can gain a qualification and build your confidence in using numbers at work or in everyday life.
Skills Bootcamps
If you’re aged over 19 and looking to change sectors or progress in your current industry, a Skills Bootcamp could be your next step to a better job! Skills Bootcamps will build on your sector skills or fast track to an interview with a local employer and secure a job or an apprenticeship.
The training is FREE if you meet the following criteria:
- Aged over 19 years of age.
- Working, recently unemployed within the last 12 months or looking for work, e.g. returning to the workforce after a career break.
- Resident in the UK and legally entitled to work in the UK.
